Our intake policies are selective and based on space, safety, and available resources. 🐶 DOGS We accept dogs on a limited basis, depending on temperament, breed, and urgency of the situation. We do not take in aggressive or unvetted dogs due to liability and safety for our residents and volunteers. Priority is given to Hill County strays and neglect cases. If we cannot take your dog, we may offer our Care Program, where we assist with rehoming while you retain custody.
